This extensive discourse from the U.S. government's health website is an excellent, but extensive read, for anyone on the drug. Often now we are hearing the downside of the drug (presumably to sell Uloric.) But this essay might convince you otherwise, especially if you are a middle aged man concerned about cardiac health.
